Discover the “jewel of North Africa” with our tour to Morocco from Spain. This beautiful country does not fail to surprise travelers from all over the world with its splendid past, customs and culture. During a 7-day tour, we will stop in some of the most interesting cities: Fez, Meknes, Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier.
- Day 1 (Sunday) COSTA DEL SOL - TANGIER (Ferry) (230 km)
We will depart from Málaga along the Costa del Sol route, passing through internationally renowned tourist destinations such as Marbella and Puerto Banus, until we reach Tarifa. There, we will board a ferry to cross the Strait of Gibraltar towards Tangier, Morocco, an exciting journey!
Upon disembarking in Tangier, we will take a panoramic tour to explore the surroundings of the city, reaching the Caves of Hercules (entry not included) and Cape Spartel, where we will have free time to explore these beautiful spots. Optionally, you can book an excursion to Tetouan to continue discovering charming places in Morocco. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Tangier.
- Day 2 (Monday) TANGIER – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES - FEZ (350 km)
At dawn, after a breakfast rich in local flavors, we embark on our journey through the imposing landscapes of the Middle Atlas, heading towards the ancient Volubilis. There, the Roman ruins rise like whispers from the past, and we walk along the Decumanus Maximus, a main road that leads us from the majestic gate of Tangier to the impressive Arch of Caracalla's Triumph, erected in 217 A.D., a silent witness to centuries of history.
Our next stop on the route will take us to Meknes, one of the Imperial jewels of Morocco, where we will explore its history-soaked streets. We will explore the vibrant medina, cross the emblematic El-Hedim Square, and be amazed by the splendid Bab Al Mansour, a gate that stands as a work of art, probably the most beautiful in all of Morocco.
We will continue to our final destination of the day, in Fez, where we will enjoy dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
After breakfast, we will take a guided tour of Fez, where we can admire the 7 Gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate, and also take a stroll through the Medina (old city), declared a World Heritage Site. We will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (included), and the afternoon will be free for you to continue exploring Fez on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day 4 (Wednesday) FEZ – CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH (545 km)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart towards Casablanca, a cosmopolitan city and the country's economic-industrial center, where we will enjoy free time to explore Boulevard Anfa, United Nations Square, the residential areas, and the exterior of the iconic Hassan II Mosque.
In the afternoon, we will head to Marrakech, where we will enjoy dinner and rest at the hotel.
- Day 5 (Thursday) MARRAKECH
After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the morning with a guided tour of Marrakech, including the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia Palace. Additionally, we will take a stroll through the Medina and the Souks until we reach the heart of the city: the magical Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. We will conclude the morning with a lunch at a typical restaurant.
The afternoon will be at your disposal to continue exploring Marrakech. In the evening, overnight at the hotel.
- Day 6 (Friday) MARRAKECH - RABAT (320 km)
After breakfast, we will set out to discover the best of Rabat on a tour of the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower, among other must-see monuments.
We will also enjoy free time at the ancient fortress Kasbah of the Udayas, an ideal place to stroll through its picturesque white and blue streets, climb to the viewpoint, explore the beautiful Andalusian gardens, and, why not, have tea at a typical café.
In the evening, we will experience Rabat illuminated with a panoramic night tour of the city and conclude the day with a delicious dinner at a restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
- 7th Day (Saturday) RABAT — TANGIER — COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast, we will head to the port to board the ferry and cross to Spain, where our buses will be waiting for us to take us back to the Costa del Sol.
