Join us on a Southern Spain and Morocco trip, departing from Madrid. We will visit the main Andalusian cities on a tour of Córdoba, Seville, Ronda and Marbella . Then, we will take a ferry that will take us to Morocco, where we will see Tangier, Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Meknes and Fez . Again in Spain and before returning to Madrid, we will know the cities of Granada and Toledo .
- 1st Day (Tuesday) MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE
We will depart from Madrid crossing the La Mancha region until we reach Córdoba . Once there, we will take a guided tour of the main places of the city, including the famous Mosque-Cathedral . Then, we will continue on our way to Seville , where we can enjoy dinner and rest at the hotel.
- 2nd Day (Wednesday) SEVILLA
After breakfast we will go out to explore the city of Seville, visiting its most important sites, such as María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the Cathedral and the Giralda, among many others.
The afternoon will be free so that everyone can continue discovering the city on their own. Accommodation and dinner at the selected hotel.
- 3rd Day (Thursday) SEVILLA - RONDA - COSTA DEL SOL
At the end of breakfast (included) we will start our way to Ronda, where we will have free time to explore this picturesque Andalusian town. Then, we will continue the route to the famous Costa del Sol, where we will spend the night, dinner included in the hotel.
- 4th Day (Friday) COSTA DEL SOL - TARIFA -TANGIER - CASABLANCA
After breakfast we will leave for Tarifa, where we will take a ferry to cross the Strait of Gibraltar bound for Tangier . After disembarking, we will continue our journey towards the city of Casablanca, where upon arrival we can have dinner and rest at our hotel.
- 5th Day (Saturday) CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH
After breakfast we will go to visit Casablanca, the economic capital and the city with the largest population in the country. We will get to know its most outstanding sites, such as Anfa boulevard, the Nations Square, the exterior of the great Hassan II mosque, among others.
Then, we will continue the journey on the way to Marrakech, one of the most popular cities for tourism in Morocco. There we will visit the famous Dejmaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Medina and the Zocos.
At the end of the visit we will have free time before dinner at the hotel.
- 6th Day (Sunday) MARRAKECH - RABAT- FEZ
After breakfast we will leave for Rabat, the capital of Morocco and the official residence of the King. We will make a walking tour of the city there, passing through the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower.
Then we will travel to Fez, where we can have dinner and rest at our hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. In Fez we will take a guided tour of the city, where we will see the seven gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the Bab Bou Jeloud gate, the Medrasa, the Karyouine Mosque and the Tanners Quarter. The afternoon will be free to enjoy a quiet walk through the Medina. Dinner and accommodation.
- 8th (Tuesday) Day FEZ - TANGIER - COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast we will go back to Tangier to take the ferry that will leave us again on Costa del Sol , where we will have dinner and stay.
- 9th Day (Wednesday) COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA
After breakfast we will start our way to Granada . There we can enjoy a visit to the imposing complex of the Alhambra and the Generalife, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site . We will have dinner at the hotel and spend the night in Granada.
Additionally, an optional visit to the caves of the Sacromonte neighborhood is offered, including a flamenco zambra show.
- 10th Day (Thursday) GRANADA - TOLEDO – MADRID
Breakfast. During our last day of the tour, we will take the route to Toledo, one of the most important centers of historical and cultural value in Spain. After lunch (included), we will go for a walk around the city, visiting its monuments and symbolic places with our guide.
Finally, we will start our way back to Madrid, where our Southern Spain and Morocco trip ends, at the same starting point.
