Our Madrid to Morocco Tour will give you the opportunity to explore the best of southern Spain and Morocco in just 12 days. You will discover the beauty of vibrant cities such as Seville, Ronda, Caceres, Granada, Toledo and the Costa del Sol. On the other side of the Strait of Gibraltar you can visit Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez, Rabat and Tangier, places that will fall in love with their varied customs and culture. You will always travel in comfortable buses, accompanied by our professional tour guides.

  • Day 1 (Thursday) MADRID - CACERES - SEVILLE

We leave in the morning from Madrid to Caceres, a monumental medieval city. There we will have free time to explore the Old Town and the Medieval Quarter .

After lunch (not included) we will leave for Andalusia, with a final stop in Seville. Arrival in Seville. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 2 (Friday) SEVILLE

Breakfast at the hotel. During the morning we will discover the most interesting corners of Seville by the hand of a local guide. We will tour the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the Plaza de España and the María Luisa park, among other places of interest. After the visit, we will stop at a restaurant to enjoy a lunch with traditional Andalusian dishes.

Optionally, in the afternoon it is possible to extend the visit inside the Royal Alcazar.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Seville.

  • Day 3 (Saturday) SEVILLE - RONDA - COSTA DEL SOL

After breakfast we leave early towards the white village of Ronda, an ancient city that holds the oldest bullring in Spain and the New Bridge among its main attractions. We'll give you free time so you can explore the city on your own.

We will continue our journey on the way to the Costa del Sol, where we will have dinner and stay at the planned hotel.

  • 4th Day (Sunday) COSTA DEL SOL - FEZ

Breakfast and departure to Tarifa, where we will take a ferry to cross the Strait of Gibraltar, bound for Morocco. After disembarking at the port of Tangier, we will head to Fez.

Dinner and overnight in Fes.

  • 5th Day (Monday) FEZ

After breakfast, we will visit the most interesting places in Fez, such as the 7 gates of the Royal Palace, the Bab Bou Jeloud gate, the souks, its impressive Medina, the Quaraouiyine Mosque, among other places.

The afternoon will be free to explore the labyrinthine alleys of the city on your own.

Accommodation and dinner at the hotel. Optional dinner show in a traditional restaurant.

  • Day 6 (Tuesday) FEZ - MEKNES - MARRAKECH

After breakfast we will leave for Meknes, in the heart of the Middle Atlas. In this wonderful city we will have time to admire its walls and the Bab Al Mansour gate, the most beautiful in Morocco

We will then continue to Marrakech, one of the most visited cities in the country. Dinner and accommodation in Marrakech.

  • Day 7 (Wednesday) MARRAKECH

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we will take a guided tour of the city, passing by the Mosque of the Koutubia, the Palace of the Bay, the Medina and finally we will take a walk through the souks, ending in the famous Djmaa El Fna square.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel. You will be able to attend a dinner show in the evening (optional).

  • Day 8 (Thursday) MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA - RABAT

After breakfast we will leave for Casablanca. Upon arrival we will take a panoramic tour of the city. We will see the Boulevard Anfa, the Place des Nations, the residential areas and the exterior of the great Hassan II Mosque.

After free time in Casablanca, we will depart ti Rabat. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Rabat.

  • Day 9 (Friday) RABAT - TANGIER

After breakfast we will visit Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where we will see some of its outstanding monuments, such as the Royal Palace , the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Tour Hassan, among others. Afterwards we will have free time to visit the beautiful Kasbh of Oudaias.

Continuation of our trip to Tangier. We will enjoy a wide panoramic tour before arriving at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

  • Day 10 (Saturday) TANGIER - TARIFA - COSTA DEL SOL

After breakfast, we will take a route to Tangier. On the way we will stop in Asilah for a short guided tour of the city.

Arriving in Tangier we will embark on the ferry to return to Spain, heading towards the Costa del Sol.

Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 11 (Sunday) COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA

Breakfast. We will leave in the morning to Granada, where we will visit the famous ensemble of the Alhambra and the Generalife Gardens, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Possibility to attend a show of Zambra Flamenca in the caves of the Sacromonte neighborhood.

  • Day 12 (Monday) GRANADA - TOLEDO - MADRID

Breakfast. We will take the route to Toledo, one of the oldest cities in Spain. We will have lunch there and visit its most important sites and monuments. Then we will continue to Madrid.

Arriving in late afternoon, we will finish this amazing Madrid to Morocco Tour.

Note that

  • In order to issue travel insurance (included in the tour), all reservations must indicate for each passenger, the following data: Name/Surname/Passport Number, ID or ID Card/Date of issue/Expiration Date/Nationality/Date of Birth. Reservations cannot be formalized without providing all the required information.
  • It is essential to have the necessary documentation to enter Morocco (passport and visa in case of the nationalities that require it). In Morocco you must pass customs control with your luggage.
  • In the event that the board of trustees of the Alhambra and Generalife, on some dates, does not grant tickets to the participants of the visit, instead we will visit the city of Granada: Visit to the Palace of Charles V, Archaeological Museum, Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, Royal Chapel and walk through the city with the Alcaicería and the Cathedral Square.

Our hotels are carefully selected. Most of them are located in the urban area of the cities or are well connected. All rooms have a private bathroom/shower.

In most hotels, triple rooms consist of 2 beds, or a double bed plus a sofa bed or a folding bed.

Additional details

  • The tour includes in the price a visit with an official guide to the most important cities. However, our guide will offer you some excursions or complementary visits that may be of interest to you. These are not included in the price of the tour, they are paid at the destination and a minimum number of people is needed to guarantee the tour departure.
  • Please make sure your passport or D.N.I. they are valid and in order (recommended passport with a minimum validity of 6 months) and that you have processed the required visas for each country, if necessary.
  • Children under 4 years old have a free fare on the bus, without the right to bed, sharing a room with two adults. The expenses incurred must be paid by their parents.
